We are proud to announce we have been appointed by Jones Lang LaSalle as the M&E service provider at 30 Panton Street, formally known as 48 Leicester Square for a 3 year term.

The interior and upper parts of the building have been extensively redeveloped by adding a new core, floorplates, an upper storey of accommodation and roof.

The ground floor was reconfigured to accommodate high-end retail units and premium outdoor dining space along with seven floors of office accommodation that has been upgraded to comply with modern standards and a clearly defined office entrance added. An elegant new curved roof will enclose the upper floors, offering a unique twenty-first century interpretation of the traditional London mansard style.
