Sam Broomfield, from Apprentice to Site Supervisor

It's celebration Friday! Day 5 of National Apprenticeship Week

To conclude National Apprenticeship Week, we want to celebrate the progress our Apprentices have made with us. Our qualified Apprentices have gone on to achieve great things, demonstrating how apprenticeships provide lifelong skills.

Sam Broomfield started with us as an Apprentice in 2019 and is now a Site Supervisor at Rathbone Square. He began his apprenticeship at the age of 16, right after finishing school, and quickly became a valued member of our team.

We look forward to seeing all that Sam will continue to achieve throughout his career at Jaguar.

Sam commented:

“The apprenticeship at Jaguar allowed me to learn whilst being in a working environment, teaching me key attributes and skills for my career. The management team here has supported my growth and has offered me numerous opportunities to go further.

I would recommend the scheme to anyone considering it, as it offers a unique best of both worlds experience, where you learn the necessary knowledge at college and receive valuable time in the workplace.

If you complete the apprenticeship, you will earn qualifications that will benefit you for life.”
