It’s Employer Tuesday for National Apprentices Week!

At Jaguar, our apprenticeship programme is four years long and combines hands-on training with classroom learning at New City College.

Our Apprentices work across a variety of our sites, rotating every six months to gain experience in different buildings and plant rooms. No two sites are the same, providing a diverse learning experience with each rotation. This also allows for mentorship from knowledgeable Engineers, including some who have been with us for decades!

Roger Starling, Business Unit Head gives us an insight into our partnership with NCC, and explains why we chose to collaborate with them to support our team of Apprentices.
