It’s National Apprenticeship Week!

Today marks the beginning of the 18^th annual National Apprenticeship Week.

This week is dedicated to celebrating the positive impact an apprenticeship can have on an individual as well as the businesses that facilitate them. We also want to recognise the wonderful work that our Apprentices do.

Our Apprenticeship scheme has been running since 2017, and we have developed this to include Retrain, our Admin-to-Apprentice initiative. In this time, we have welcomed 46 Apprentices, and we are proud to be officially part of The 5% Club.

It is very rewarding to help a new generation in finding their career paths and to provide them with the training they need to qualify as professionals. Every day this week, we will highlight our Apprentices, showcase the skills they are developing for their future careers, and emphasise why apprenticeships deserve recognition.
