Jaguar Win One New Ludgate Contract

Following a recent tender process, we are delighted to confirm that Jaguar has successfully secured One New Ludgate, a prestigious property located just a 2-minute walk from the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral. We will be providing M&E services to this remarkable property under a fixed 3-year term contract.

One New Ludgate is a truly exceptional building, with 9 storeys of commercial office space, and features an array of shops and restaurants on the ground floor. On the 5^th floor, there is a large, open terrace with views overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral for occupiers to enjoy.
