New Flue Liner Installation Completed at Kings Place

Our Projects team undertake another successful job

Jaguar Projects have successfully completed an installation for Savills at Kings Place.

Scaffold in Situ

Undertaking the full design, programming, installation, and commissioning of a new flue liner following a leak within the vertical flue. Two crane lifts and road closures were undertaken next to Kings Cross Station over the weekend periods lifting the scaffolding into place, to allow the team to erect a tower to enable them to winch the flue liner into the existing duct, minimising the impact of the works to site. To further minimise disruption during normal working hours, temporary boilers were used to keep hot water running for the tenants and all noisy and intrusive works were completed out of hours.

The project works were completed on time and in budget across a one-month period.

Well done to our team!
