The continued accumulation of carbon dioxide in our atmosphere is a problem that affects us all. At Jaguar we have an exceptional level of expertise in complex building services systems, and are well placed to advise our customers in a broad spectrum of carbon reduction strategies. We carry out energy benchmarking across the entire portfolio and energy assessments which identifies opportunities for energy reductions. For our multi-site customers, we provide portfolio wide comparators that enable clients to compare the performance of the buildings under their management bringing the worst performers in to focus.
In house Technical Expertise
Expert knowledge in building services
We are entrusted to maintain some of the highest profile buildings within Central London. Accordingly, we invest heavily in our Technical Services Team to ensure that our customers have complete confidence that we can deal with any technical issue that may arise. We currently have 4 SAP’s and 40 HVAP’s operating across Canary Wharf, the City and the West End. In addition to this, we can undertake complex investigations in support of our customers, including defects liability claims and utility metering system anomalies. The team also supports condition based maintenance techniques such as sub-station inspections, thermographic surveys and ultrasonic techniques.
Water Treatment Consultancy
Supporting our customers and site teams
The hidden impacts of a poor water quality management regime can be costly to correct and on occasion irreversible. Stuart Colvin, our in-house Water Treatment Consultant, and Alfie Munden, our Water Treatment Technician, work tirelessly in support of our site teams and are at hand to advise our customers. Stuart maintains strong relationships with our local Environmental Health Officers, and is often present for their on-site inspections.
Compliance
Protecting our customers
We recognise that compliance is an absolute priority for our customers. Our Compliance Team ensures that all Jaguar Statutory Log Books are maintained to a high standard on every site. Having recently redesigned our own suite of statutory logs, we have appointed a developer to produce electronic versions that will in time be accessed via our Apprise management information system.
Project Services
Delivering project services in house
Our Projects Team is formed of a broad spectrum of specialists. We deliver a wide selection of projects including plant replacement, electrical infrastructure upgrades, metering installations and fit outs. We work seamlessly with our on-site teams to guarantee a well run project from start to finish.
The team provide full CDM compliance and ensure that our customers are regularly updated throughout the project. Lastly, we provide comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals and a thorough handover to the on-site team.
