Training at Head Office

Newly refreshed from the August bank holiday, our Site Managers are ready for today’s in-house Confined Space – Entry Management training course.

Led by Louise Davies our Health & Safety Manager and Associate Director and Adam Johnson Charge our Assistant Health and Safety Manager, the programme will give our managers the ability to safely manage the entry of specialist sub-contractors within confined spaces. Once today’s theory training is complete Site Managers are required to complete an onsite practical assessment. Successful completion of the theory and practical training will enable them to become Confined Space Approved Persons.

Here at Jaguar, we are wholly committed to the ongoing training and further development of our people. Our talented team leaders hold regular training courses including Low Voltage 1 & 2 Training, Permit to Work, L8 Awareness and Cooling Tower Training.

Our HR department also hosts in-house courses for our management teams. These courses offer insight into problem solving, managing stress and building on the foundations of their current managerial approach.

Having hosted these for several years now, we have found that our in-house training has been a great success, and we are proud to offer a range of courses that support our employees’ development.
